An early morning routine
To add 'bounce' to the start of your day as well as keep a particular group of muscles in trim, an early morning workout is just the ticket. Each day I work the Abdominals, lattimus dorai and chest to keep them firm and strong,  I also work out other muscle groups 3 times a week at the gym. For advice on getting yourself on the road to fitness, please contact me here.
