'I can`t see the forest for the trees', have you ever heard that saying? An explanation could well be that it is used when a person is focusing too much on specific problems and is missing the point. I found myself saying this aloud whilst staring into the computer the other day, I needed to get some clarity.
A very good friend and colleague Alan Jones who is a coach set me back on track allowing me to regain focus as to where Steps to wellness is going and where it is at present.
