A session of Reiki usually lasts for around an hour, during which time you will feel deeply relaxed. You will lie on my treatment couch, fully clothed & covered with a blanket. I can also send distance healing. Reiki is beneficial for Insomnia, stress, anxiety, pain relief, headaches, migraines, helps to lower blood pressure, slows down the progression of arthritis, speeds up the healing of broken bones, helps with depression, & many more symptoms.
