DescriptionI am full time Health Practitioner and qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree; Specialising in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine,
Homeopathy, Flower Remedies and Massage Therapy. I have practised in clinics in India, Australia, Ireland and the UK. I am now based in Penryn where I have a fantastic clinic space at Jubilee Wharf. I am also a published health writer featured in Natural Health Magazine. Naturopathic Medicine is a complete system of healing which seeks to promote health by stimulating and supporting the body’s inherent ower to regain harmony and balance.
Naturopathy recognizes that everyone is unique and that the approach to gaining and maintaining health should be tailored to meet individual needs. A naturopath treats the whole person not ust the symptoms and finds the underlying cause. Naturopathy can play a useful role in supporting, replacing or increasing the benefits of orthodox treatment. Naturopathy also focuses on preventative health and education. Food glorious food; I am very passionate about ood food and great tastes. If you eat a balancedand varied diet with moderation in mind then you are several steps ahead in achieving better health.It is simple, accessible and affordable assurance to keeping well and healing more quickly. Eat the right foods for mental health conditions, physical ilments and for happiness of the soul.
Homeopathy is an effective and gentle system of medicine which uses remedies from a wide range of natural sources to heal and treat the whole person. The remedies aresafe, non addictive and have no side effects and
have not been tested on animals. Homeopathy is or children, the elderly and everyone in between. Herbal Medicine is the oldest and still most widely used system of medicine in the worldtoday. It is medicine exclusively from plants, is used in all societies and common to all cultures. Herbal Medicine uses the leaves, flowers, stems,
berries and roots of plants to prevent, relieve and treat illness. I sell Handmade Cornish Therapeutic Products, Herbal Teas, Healing Creams, Health Elixirs and Natural Remedies for all ailments which are available from my Clinic & Shop at Jubilee Wharf and from the website.
