Unlike many classes that are provided by others, I take you through a screening form before doing ANY exercises so that you are training within the group at a pace and exercise routine level where you will be able to make the greatest gains in whatever your fitness desires are safely and comfortably. I ensure my clients are given all the attention they want and need. My main sorce of advertising is this AMAZING directory and 'word of mouth', so your success is as much my goal as yours. Most gymnasiums have little equipment (if any at all) to accommodate those with disabilities. I am aware of how equipment can be adapted in the gym as well as the home and can train people in both. With my personal experience, I know I can help you to attain better wellness and fitness. When I give them attainable goals, which in time they attain - thats when the positive change kicks in leading to their success. Success stories range from helping the elderly to be able to be more agile i.e. use their hands more effectively so as to be able to knit, carry shopping etc, helping people recover from injuries or to reach their personal goals - running marathons, race for life, overcoming depression providing them with the fit body they were after. Circuit training has been a great success. I have trained the Falmouth under tens football team, worked with youth centers and performed muscular strength and endurance classes for a variety of ages.
