Zero Balancing is a therapy that uses touch to take a person into a state of relaxation that refreshes the whole being by addressing the relationship between structure and energy within the body. As a result the person is left with a profound sense of well-being and balance. The treatment involves finger pressure and held stretching poses which focus on the bones and joints and create points of stillness, allowing the body to relax and reorganise. Problems can be resolved and symptoms relieved by the release of tension and the person being given the opportunity to let go of pain. Like so many therapies, it opens up the body’s own channels to heal itself.
