'Flab off!'
In order to shift what we have an excess of (yes we actually need some fat) we need to burn it off and possibly change our eating and exercise habits to keep it from coming back. We will be looking at diet some other time however for now eat sensibly and let's concentrate on dumping the excess. Fat and muscle are made up diffrently so we can not turn fat to muscle, we loose fat by aerobically working out, depending on your present state of fitness this can start as a walk, brisk walk, cycling, rowing etc. By aerobically training the body a few times a week and eating sensibly, we will find lbs slipping off in no time.
Go on, start today, park the car a tad further from work and walk in, take the stairs instead of the escalators, choose a healthier food option for lunch etc.
A few small 'Steps' each day will get you to your desired goal.
Always consult your Doctor before embarking on any fitness routine. In order to ensure you are working out correctly, get your Steps to Wellness from a qualified fitness instructor.
