We are holding a WELL BEING DAY on Saturday 12th JUNE 10.00am until 4.00pm at Lister Natural Health Practice in Church Street, Falmouth
Free taster therapy sessions are available for many of our therapies. *Have you ever wanted to try a therapy but not sure which one? Now is your chance to find out*.
Whether you are in need of help with a particular health issue or just want some TLC come along, our therapists will be available to tell you more about the therapies and then you can try them for yourself.
Therapies that we are offering on the day are
Acupressure * Acupuncture * Aromatherapy Counselling * Craniosacral Therapy * Holistic Massage * Hypnotherapy * Indian head massage
NLP * Nutritional Therapy * Osteopathy * Pilates Stress * Management * Zero Balancing
To book your taster treatment in advance, please telephone us, or you can book on the day. We cannot guarantee all therapies will be available unless pre booked.

Bootcamp in Portreath, times of classes this week
On the lovely beach of Portreath unless otherwise stated.
Monday 6.30am
Monday 10.15am (Inside, Church Hall, Portreath)
Tuesday night - possible, let me know if you can make it and want to join..need 5 people minimum
Wednesday 6.30am
Wednesday night - possible, let me know if you can make it & want to join..need 5 people minimum
Thursday 8pm (Inside, Church Hall, Portreath)
Friday 6.30am
Saturday 6.30am
as demand increases more times will be added, let me know if you cant make these times above but would be interested in joining! Get the girls together and working towards the same goal!
30-45 mins of great muscle toning and fat loosing moves...bring a towel and some water.This is NOT pilates,aerobics, yoga, steady state cardio... its High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT)for results.
4 classes £20   8 classes £35
Workout with a friend and save money, please ask me for details on how this works as you could work out for FREE.
