
For now, I am only taking on clients who
are familiar with or know sign language for any form of fitness training. This is because I became deaf in October 2021. This hasn't dampened my passion for fitness or desire to help those with special needs to meet their goals, it just changes the way I deliver my expertise.

Hello, I'm Jason and I'm a very different kind of fitness coach
I believe success is the sum of small efforts - repeated day in and day out
- but that's not what makes me different
What makes me different is that I believe that fitness should be open to everyone, and I mean everyone. Whether you're a wheelchair user, hard of hearing etc, I'm on a mission to break down all barriers to fitness.
How do I do this?
Movement: I'm a qualified, experienced, insured fitness specialist. I have been training since I was 12 and have been working with able bodied and disabled individuals for over 30 years. By helping them attain small goals, they have reached their ultimate goals.
Nutrition: you'll only get out what you put in (you are what you eat). By making a few changes to what you eat, you can put yourself in the direction you are heading for.
Completely tailored to you: not only can I adapt our training to your abilities, I 100% understand what it's like to have additional needs, I am there myself, I know what the struggles are (I have Superficial Siderosis). Let me show you how I can help you to be the very best you can be.
You are capable of way more than you imagine
